Water Equals Life


Water! Without which man lives no more. We are 70% water, without it we are as good as gone, dehydrated with our body systems shut down.
Water equals life, and reasons for saying so:
Water helps to dilute the blood and helps in balancing pH levels in the body, thinning out acidic wastes that accumulates as we age. It is needed to balance the acid/alkaline levels in the body.It helps to speed up weight loss for those on diets as water is calorie free, drinking it gives a sense of fullness thus decrease the urge to consume other foods.
The latest theory on water treatment for health is to drink it on empty stomach, first thing in the morning when you wake up, every morning. It has been found to be very effective in treating headache, body pains and aches, kidney and urine problems, diabetes, constipation, diarrhoea, hemorrhoids, asthma, bronchitis, Tuberculosis, meningitis, ear, nose and throat disorders, arthritis, heart problem and many more.
Water Treatment for Health
1. Down 4 glasses of water the first thing upon waking, after which you can go about your morning routine of cleaning and washing. Wait for 45 minutes before you start breakfast.
2. Continue with your normal eating habits after breakfast, of course it is expected that water requirements are met.
It has been found that different ailments respond to different lengths of treatment:
• High Blood pressure - requires 30 days continuously of drinking 4 glasses first thing in the morning before even brushing your teeth
• Diabetes - 30days of treatment
• Tuberculosis - 90 days of treatment
• Arthritis - daily in the first week, followed by 3 continuous days in the second week. If no improvement continue on a daily routine.
It is not difficult to follow this water regime for health improvement, no side effects, if you find the water too bland, then just throw in a couple of lemon slices. So, reach for that glass of water now.
Hot water instead of cold
It would be beneficial that instead of going for cold water, ask instead for a cup of hot water especially after a meal. What cold water does is to solidify the fats in the food and thus making the digestive system inefficient as the solidified fat reacts with the acid in the stomach and is quickly absorbed in the intestines and this is detrimental to health. Hot water after a meal helps to break down the fat faster and helps in moving it faster down the digestive system to be eliminated.
Carbonated soda
The most toxic form of water and yet so popular especially among the young. Besides high concentration of sugar, it has high acidic level due to the presence of carbon dioxide and this is detrimental to the pH balance of the body. Diet soda as so called health replacements may not be healthy as sugar substitutes are equally bad for health and may be even more toxic than sugar itself.
Make a change today, reach out or call for a glass of water instead of carbonated soda. Drink 4 glasses of water each morning and first thing in the morning. Meet your daily water requirements of at least 8 glasses a day.
