- You should not bother about tracking the ovulation circle. You should not bother about targeting the ovulation day. This is because, if you have sex 2 days before the arrival of the egg, you are tilting the chance in favor of a baby girl. On the other hand, if you have sex a day immediately after the egg's arrival, you are preparing for a baby boy. Not caring about monitoring the ovulation period may even make all the difference between the woman getting pregnant or not.
- Now the second thing is that the mother-to-be should not care about what she eats. If she eats what she likes, the chances are that either of the sexes will come. If she eats alkaline foods rich in Potassium and Sodium, she makes the condition favorable for the Y chromosome which will fertilize the egg for a baby boy. Examples of such foods are banana, sausages, red meat, dried fruit and sweet corn. Alternatively, food rich in Calcium and Magnesium will make the woman's system acidic. This condition favors a baby girl. Examples of acidic food are Broccoli, dairy products, apples, farm raised fish and apples.
- If you do not mind the gender of your baby, then do not bother on timing the orgasm of the woman. This is because the environment of the virginal affects the performance of the chromosomes which in turn determine the sex of a baby. If the woman reaches orgasm before the man, the environment around the cervix becomes alkaline. This makes things easy for the Y chromosome responsible for making a baby boy. If the man reaches orgasm first, the condition which is naturally acidic is favorable for the X chromosome responsible for a baby girl will most likely have its way. Acidic condition inhibits the y chromosome.
- Sexual positions may not matter to you, if you do not care about whether you have a baby boy or a baby girl. If you are used to the missionary position where the man is on top and your penetration is not deep, just around the opening, you may very well be preparing for a girl. On the other hand, if you go deep to the end possibly coming from behind to achieve this, then you are making things easy to have a boy. Y chromosomes are faster and so if you are deep, it will get to the egg first and do its job before it tires out.
- To a lesser extent, do not bother about the pH of the woman's body. Generally, it is believed that if the woman's body is alkaline, chances are in favor of a boy. Alternatively, acidic body will make things easy for a baby girl to form. So if you do not mind any sex, then do not bother about the pH of the woman's system.
Nothing is sacrosanct here. It is not exact science but if you do these things you can have either of the sexes. It has however been seen with 94% accuracy that if you do some things in certain ways you will have a baby of choice.
